This optic mount is built specifically for shooters who run a red dot on their S&W M&P — whether it’s a Classic or M2.0 with the factory C.O.R.E. slide cut. It’s a direct fit for those factory-milled slides, so you don’t need to send your slide out or buy a new one. You just bolt it on and zero.
Machined from billet steel and finished with a black oxide coating, this mount holds up to holster wear, range use, and the heat of a full day on the line. Steel is tougher than aluminum — it won’t warp or snap if you drop the gun or torque a screw too hard. That matters when you’re carrying concealed or running drills.
It’s designed to mount the Aimpoint Acro P-1 and P-2, the Steiner MPS, or the Lead & Steel Pandora PB-3. If you’re running any of those enclosed-emitter optics, this plate is the only adapter you need between your C.O.R.E. slide and the optic. The screws are included, and we recommend torquing them to 15 in-lb after you clean the slide surface — that keeps the mount locked tight and your zero consistent.
One of the more practical features on this mount is the maintenance window. It lets you remove and reinstall the factory extractor pin without taking the plate off. That means you can service your extractor or swap parts without breaking your zero or losing your torque settings. For a concealed carry gun or a competition rig, that saves you time and hassle.
