Apex Tactical Action Enhancement Trigger Kit – M&P Shield M2.0 9/40
If you carry a Shield 2.0, you already know the factory trigger leaves something to be desired. This kit from Apex Tactical fixes that. It’s a drop-in upgrade that ditches the stock hinged trigger for a solid aluminum body with a center-mounted pivoting safety. You get a shorter, more consistent pull—roughly 1–2 lbs lighter—and about 20% less pre-travel and over-travel. Reset is more positive, too. All factory safety values stay intact.
Designed for duty or everyday carry, this kit works in 9mm and .40 S&W Shield M2.0 models. Will not fit the .45 ACP or Gen 1 Shield. Installation is straightforward, but Apex strongly recommends a gunsmith or armorer install the Ultimate Striker Block (USB) into the slide. We agree—don’t skip that step. Finish is black.
