FFL Transfers for Texas Residents

We handle FFL transfers for Texas residents daily. The process is straightforward when you work with licensed professionals.

First, have your firearm shipped to our Dallas FFL address. Include your contact information with the shipment. We’ll notify you when it arrives. Then visit our Dallas shop with your Texas ID. We verify residency requirements on the spot.

Texas has no mandatory waiting period for most firearms. Background checks proceed through the NICS system. Processing typically completes within minutes. Some situations require additional review – we’ll explain if that applies to you.

Required paperwork includes ATF Form 4473 and valid Texas identification. We provide all forms and assist with completion. Transfers must comply with Texas law regarding residency and eligibility. We confirm every detail before proceeding.

Transfer fees are clearly posted. We don’t hide costs. Schedule your transfer during our Dallas business hours: Monday through Saturday, 9am-7pm CT. We recommend calling ahead for high-volume days.
